KRM Ayurveda IPO Review

KRM Ayurveda IPO comes at a time when the ayurveda and wellness sector in India is witnessing steady demand, driven by rising health awareness and acceptance of alternative medicine. The company has reported strong profit growth in FY2025, with PAT increasing sharply compared to the previous year.

Revenue growth has also stabilised after a dip in FY2024. However, investors should note that SME IPOs carry lower liquidity and higher volatility. Considering the improving margins, expanding asset base, and use of IPO proceeds for business expansion and debt reduction, the issue may be considered by long-term investors with moderate risk appetite.
