How we report

We take IPO details from offer documents, exchange notices and registrar pages, and we name the source when a figure is not from those. Numbers are checked before publication.

Grey market premium

GMP is unofficial and can change within hours. We label it as market sentiment, never as a forecast or a recommendation.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we fix it, update the "updated" date on the article and, for material errors, add a note. Email corrections to mukeshseo.com@gmail.com.

Independence

Our coverage is not influenced by issuers, merchant bankers or advertisers. Any commercial relationship is disclosed on the article.
