Jayesh Logistics is set to launch its SME IPO on 27 October 2025, and the issue will remain open for subscription until 29 October 2025. Objects of the Issue

The company plans to utilize the net proceeds from the IPO for multiple purposes. A portion of the funds amounting to ₹8.85 crores will be used for the expenditure towards the purchase of side wall trailers.

Around ₹11.24 crores is allocated for meeting the company’s working capital requirements. Additionally, ₹0.72 crores will be used for the implementation of phase 2 of the Smart Logistics Application. The remaining amount will be deployed for general corporate purposes.

The company also provides loading/unloading, truck hiring, and customs clearance services. It serves more than 200 clients across industries such as cement, engineering, iron and steel, heavy machinery, and construction.
